Features

Used for automatic assembly and packaging of disposable scalpel and surgical knife.
Main power servo motor + indexing drive, which provide accurate assembly position and high quality accuracy.
Blade feeding with vacuum adsorption to reduce wearing of blade during processing.
Knife handle pad breaks automatically on machine, then assembled by welding.
Each assembly process is followed by detection function to ensure high qualified rate of assembly products.
Automatic counting function for production statistics.
Good and reject products exit independently for 100% qualified products with no defects.
PLC control system, touch screen HMI display, errors of reason and location can be accurately displayed.
